PRECAUTIONS: If it bothers your neck to look up at your top hand, look at your bottom hand.

STEPS:

1. Start in Revolved Triangle, your right foot in front.

2. Look forward. Bend your right knee and transfer your weight to your right foot as you lift your back leg up. Place your front hand on the ground or a block as your other arm extends straight up.

3. Keep your hips square to the ground as you continue to twist your chest open to the side wall. Repeat on the other side.
